Data Deletion

This page explains how BotBeaver LLC handles deletion requests and retention limits.

1. Business customers

Account owners may request deletion of their BotBeaver account and associated customer content by emailing privacy@botbeaver.ai from the registered work email. We confirm identity and complete deletion within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal, tax, or dispute purposes.

2. End-users

If you interacted with a BotBeaver-powered agent on a business's website or phone line, that business is usually the controller. Contact that business first. We assist them as processor to delete or anonymize your data when they instruct us.

3. Marketing site inquiries

To delete a demo or contact inquiry you submitted on botbeaver.com, email privacy@botbeaver.ai with the email address you used.

4. Backups and logs

• Deleted production data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days until those backups expire.
• Security and platform logs may be retained up to 90 days for integrity and abuse investigation, then deleted.
